Friends of Ronald McDonald House
Our Mission
The mission of the Friends of the Ronald McDonald House is to support the mission of the Ronald McDonald House Charities of San Antonio through fund raising, operational and public awareness initiatives. The board members will actively participate in fulfilling the mission by contributing their time, talent and resources to accomplish this purpose.
 History
In 1983, the Friends of the Ronald McDonald House was started to support the first San Antonio Ronald McDonald House by informing the community of its purpose and by participating in special fund raising activities. In addition, the Friends help make the house a home with home-baked cookies, meals and holiday decorations. The Friends fund raising efforts have grown to over $150,000 annually.
