Cookie Patrol
Because our houses are nearly always full, the families welcome our gift of cookies. Volunteers are asked to bake cookies and deliver to one of the houses. There is no limit as to how often you can volunteer for this service. This is a wonderful opportunity to involve your own family.

Evening Meals
Once a week, a complete meal is provided to either the Downtown House or Medical Center House. Volunteers are asked to deliver a meal (including beverage and dessert) for the families staying at one of the houses. Invite your neighbors, relatives, friends and ‘play’ groups to join you in this experience.

Share Your Heart
The Share Your Heart program was designed to offer children in our community a way to ‘give’. Paper hearts are sold for .25 to elementary and middle school students. Last year, the high schools were approached to volunteer ‘community service hours’ to the Ronald McDonald houses and hold collection drives on campus. From delivering hearts to the schools to picking up the proceeds; from speaking at schools to follow-up tasks – your help is appreciated. This event is centered on the Valentine holiday.

Tennis Playday and Luncheon
This event was held at The Club at Sonterra. It starts out with a morning of tennis for those who play, or those who don't play tennis can come and enjoy a delicious Luncheon and Style Show.  There is a silent auction held as well as a raffle.

Membership Coffee
Our membership coffee is intended to provide a venue to include prospective Friends members, raise community awareness and thank the current membership for their support. Volunteers are needed in planning the activities of the event.

Seasonal Decorating
This year we are expanding the holiday decorating into a 3-part initiative. In addition to Christmas decorating, help is needed for spring and fall decorating. Another perfect occasion to include family, friends and children. If you are interested in helping
